How would any of us know he is the right choice or the best candidate? All we can do is put some faith in the process we put in place to find the coach to lead us now. So we back him and hope for the best.

If he can win us a final after not winning a single one since 2004, then he will be a god of the club.

I like it, I think he was the best candidate from an experience point of view.

But Iā€™m under no illusion as to the task ahead and I do think itā€™s a solid three year build for him before we will see good consistent top line footy. I just hope he communicates his plan and how we are tracking to the supporter group.

I donā€™t know what the best would be.

Take a punt on a new coach or take a punt on an experienced coach. I feel like the club has tried these before so I just donā€™t know.
