We cannot sack another coach. Someone with big agates needs to sit him down and detail to him his short comings. If he won’t listen or take heed, he can coach the Reserves until he changes.

how many time did we generate scores out of the center, how many times did we retain possession of those center clearances?
that said his efficiency and turnover numbers were both really good so maybe the quality of his clearances were better than i’m giving him credit for.
even so, i still think we need to move past him as such a prominent member of our center square rotations.

just as a point of comparison these are scores from centre from rd 1 where we played a very defence centre square mix and IIRC lost first possession in the middle quite badly yet:

He has finally relented and player Goldy in the VFL; but, now he won’t play Heppell.
The young kids at the club must be wondering why there are 2 sets of rules.
Senior players might also be starting to notice/internally question this and it could explain some of the drop off.

Would you prefer it if Tsatas/Hobbs didn’t play at all this weekend and were the carryover emg instead of Heppell?

May seem like I’m complaining still, but these are still not the correct changes. We are still too tall. Bringing in Bryan for 2MP has not fixed the primary issue of the past 6 weeks that we are far too slow.

Last week was a bit of an outlier though. He’s not normally as much as he was. Seems like they pick specific matchups where he spikes from 30% to 70%.

We also lose Ridley for a small too; replace Heppell with someone with more speed.

Yes, Brad is the enabler and whilst he keeps being and doing that, nothing will alter, change for the better, the team will not grow. And goodness knows we need growth.

This is good, I’m gonna throw this at my boss and a few of my co workers at our next toolbox meeting.
Actually, if you are asking my preferences; I would prefer Menzie or Gresham to be carryover emg, and Hobbs; in particular, to be in the 22.
I’m talking about messages sent. People see what goes on in their workplace and if things start to appear inequitable in can cause some disquiet.
Perception is someones reality.
A month ago we win and go second and most likely go into finals with momentum. Guttered how this year is turning out . But to be honest this year has been the first time in a long time I have enjoyed watching the footy again since the HIrdy / Saga years, well up to a few weeks ago, credit where its due.
