Brad Scott - yeah, whatever (Part 4)

They looked pretty ■■■■■■■ angry in the stands

We’ll be in the exact same position this time next year and Barham will still sing his praises.

Hird’s comments on whatever tv show he’s on regarding his re signing stand out like donkey balls now.

to his information, he has a trigger for another year, but wasn’t going to be able to meet it, so they signed him anyway, before a game has been played.

let that sink in, this board re signed a ■■■■ coach, that wasn’t going to be able to meet the criteria to get an extra year, in one of the worst run football clubs in the land, and he couldn’t meet a trigger clause.

‘oh no consequences for my actions noooo la policia nooooo’

Our team performance over last decade has the same theme, whether coached by Bomber Thompson, Brad Scott or Woosha.
Lack of fitness, poor in contest, mental weakness,
Poor disposal under very little pressure.
I think issues are deeper than coaching issues. I agree Brad Scott is not going to be our premiership coach. Changing coach at this point going to be disastrous for the rebuild.
Needs lot more players turnover.

The sacking coach cylce it whats we do best

Brads delivered less than every coach we’ve had in the last 15 years. Fact.

At least when teams dropped 20 goals on us in the Knights era, we had a crack at trying to beat them by attempting to kick 21 ourselves.

I thin sacking him righ wont do anything we will get the new coach smell for a year or 2 then the old issues will rear their ugly head again

Nah they were all just wondering how they’re going to deflect the blame for the clubs continued failures elsewhere

Nah, what we do best is hiring coaches with absolutely no process

Facts.

Think I have covered it in my review of tonight’s game: Review vs our owners (Dogs) - #112 by BakerWasAStar

To summarise - we have enough data points over 2 1/2 years, but especially this year, to know that Scott’s gameplan/coaching allows the team to eke out small wins against the weakest sides but leads to big/massive losses against the best sides.

This is not opinion, but fact.

Yes, we can talk about our youth and injuries but the same thing has basically been happening for two years regardless of personnel - no point Scott going on about how we have changed 20 players on the list the last two years; the same type of results keep happening regardless.

Either Scott has to dramatically change his game plan or he needs to changed…and take that obsession of continually playing Shiel with him.

Would vote to flip this board in a hot second if someone backed in Hird.

Wouldn’t make a diffrence any coach that comes to us is a sitting duck

You’re wrong. But it’s okay, he’s not going anywhere because this club is statistically one of if not the worst managed sports team in sports history.

Well let’s try another duck cos he ain’t it

Let’s find a duck that knows that consequences don’t only apply to youth.

I still don’t know his system

What I do know is his system doesn’t stack up against good sides, youth aside, it won’t stack up.

If we were setting up a young team to take the game on and we cop the odd belting, then hey, sucks but fine.

But Brad has come up with a game plan of defensive half keepings off that makes it moderately difficult to score against for ■■■■ teams but is a an absolute walk in the park for the good ones.

THIS GAME PLAN WILL NEVER TAKE US ANYWHERE SO WHY THE ■■■■ PERSIST WITH IT JUST TO Eke OUT MEANINGLESS WINS IN A “DEVELOPMENT YEAR”?
