It’s the most honest assessment of Essendon players (and that includes reading this forum for 20+ years) I’ve ever encountered.
If only our club, coaching staff and players themselves on that whiteboard had a little more self-awareness and work on some of the items listed … we would be in a far better position.

It’s brutal, but this coming out could be one of the best things for the club. The media will go hard on it all week, and the club will not be able to ignore it.
A good coach would use this to lift the players - Brad will not because it’s ’out of his circle of control.’

It’s not unusual for midfielders in their first seasons to play significant amount of their first year or two either forward or back (half forward / half back). I think that is just making the obvious point about these two players.
Stuff like this shows how overcomplicated we try and make football.

Would probably disagree on bringing a partner into the list but given the way the Lions players treat their partners, not surprised they have a poor attitude.
