A long time ago, I saw her perform at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club in London, sometimes with Scott and Dankworth ( that was a volatile relationship in the early days).

My dad was a fan of Cleo, that’s a name I haven’t heard in many years. She had a fine innings.

Ha, he was in a car crash (his fault, and on a road high-speed/hazardous enough to have guardrails) on the morning Hogan died.

No serious injuries, but OMG so close to the biggest combo pay-off you could ever book.

Fantastic actor, loved him in BMX bandits when I was a kid.

After seeing him in Gallipoli, I thought he’d be one of those aussie actors from the 80’s that could have broke into Hollywood. These days all you need is a 6-pack and an Aussie accent, back in the 80’s it was near impossible.
