I reckon Xavier has probably done a a fantastic job off field, he should he applauded for a lot of things he has done. but he’s massively out of touch with our 80k members, and our supporters. he makes the club feel like a business, not a footy club.
the last thing he touches on, briefly, is actually playing football. literally says “finally, the on field”
try doing it the other way around Xavier. seriously, with the lack of success this club has had, I want winning to be the fucken “core strategic theme”
