Agree with you speedy. Our pressure and work ethic was deplorable. I challange any backman in the leauge to do better the hurley on kenedy. Our midfeild and fwds put zero pressure on there ball carriers.

I still say our work effort and work ethic dropped dramatically in that 2nd quarter when the players learnt there was no chance of winning with that umpiring.

But there is no doubt the players need to be mentally tougher than that.

Ambrose did better, shut him down as soon as he moved onto him, as he did to tex walker in 17 when hurley was also getting touched up big time.

After the embarrassing round 1 loss, I’m fully expecting the players to be wanting to prove a point. And play hard tough footy for 4 qtrs
