I feel we never ‘find out’ about players.
Couple of pressers this year has had Brad quip ‘Bryan is an AFL standard ruck’, yet we really haven’t found that out….enough last year and especially this year. As much as Flip was a journeyman and gave his all, Bryan should have played more last year.
So there seems no basis to think he will come in next week.
I feel Roberts would have debuted for at least 12-14 other clubs with his current VFl form, but again we prob won’t take a look at him this year.
Also, most sides prob would have given Hayes a taste last year, but again we not willing to find out anything about him.
Anyway, changes will prob just be Heppell in for someone.

I would actually go to the game if they had the balls to,do that but nah, it will be Heppell and Weideman in for Menzie and Caddy
Plus, he didn’t want to stay at Essendon.
I’ve heard it reports that he wanted at least 2 years and we would only offer him 1.

We have to stop dicking around with player positions…have to start building towards our next premiership and we’re not winning one with Hepp, Kelly or Goldy. Martin back to wing. Need more pace/pressure up forward until Kako plays. Massive deficiency for us unfortunately. Give Roberts a game. Uses it really well on the left peg and he’s tough. Gotta start sometime!
