Changes vs Dees

With Weideman concussed, you’d think now is the opportunity for Voss??

Hobbs also pushing for a call up?

Rest Davey for Hobbs. He looked sore.

He has been disappointing.

Once Reid is fit he should be the one to make way

On today’s performance?
I’d do Hobbs for Parish.
But I don’t believe he’d be that bad two weeks in a row.

So.

Out: Weid
In: Voss

That is all.

Can’t drop Hepp on that.
I don’t believe we’re short of small forwards to move around.
I love Tippa.
I’m more about Davey right now.

Davey may not play due to his ankle

Said this elsewhere as well but…

I think it should be seen as a positive that this game is in neutral territory. It adds a different perspective to the game that hopefully we can turn in our direction rather than playing at the MCG (where their record is terrific) or Marvel (improving record there as well).

It’s just something a little different playing at Adelaide Oval… especially considering the fact they are already playing in Perth this weekend.

What i’d do:

Outs: Jones (Omitted), Weid (Cranium), Davey (managed)
Ins: Snelling, Voss, Hobbs

What I think will actually happen:

Outs: Weid (inj) Davey (managed)
Ins: Massimo, Snelling - Move langford to HF and Massimo plays as D7.

Jones may be saved by the Weide concussion.

Out: Weide, Davey
In: Voss, Hobbs

Need to figure out what to do with Hobbs/Caldwell as these guys are too good to play forward for >50% of the game.

Desperately would like to see Voss come in for Weidemann and cause some carnage up forward.

I had thought Davey was due for a rest and with an injury concern perfect opportunity to bring in Hobbs.

With Weidemann out I think they will keep Jones in for some “balance” but I would be comfortable dropping him for someone in form.

Brad Scott was pretty positive in his post match press conference in regards to VFL performances today (he was clearly filled in after the game) and was asked about Voss and Snelling and was generally pretty positive about their chances of selection coming up.

Also mentioned Tippa and Hobbs.
