All of this is true.
My comment was in relation to the notion that he has cracked the ■■■■■ and stopped trying, which is either a ridiculous assertion or a significant character flaw.

Sure, someone said that he could win a game off of his own boot in 15 minutes of football, but I still feel that 17251619 is a slight exaggeration.

You can just tell that we are going to go overboard with the indigenous stuff next week, to make up for last year, and it will be just as cringe. It won’t be organic.

Voss had a tough day when less disposals than Munkara. Munkara was moved to defence so good they are trying to get him involved in the game.

Agreed. But do feel it’s do or die for our season.
Win and I feel we are 80/20 of making finals.
Lose and I feel 20/80 at best.
Edit: lose and I reckon 5% chance of making it.

- Freo (Optus) but not exactly the team they were last year.

- GWS (Giants Stadium). The week prior we face North, they face Port at AO.
- Pies (MCG) with the last 3 encounters being very very close games.
FWIW I also think Tigers are a 50/50 prospect too.

Don’t be fooled by Richmond beating Geelong.
Cats were missing stacks of talent, should’ve been up by 3 goals at quarter time coz they kept missing easy goals (more scoring shots in the end too) and were slaughtered by the umps all night.
If Dangerfield didn’t play against us we beat them even with Rohan, close, de koning (all who played against us and not against Richmond).

The only benefit towards the later games is Wright should be available from the Doggies game onwards (perhaps even the Cats game but that would be a tough first game back and you’d expect maybe some VFL minutes).
Should have some extra flexibility if we get Cox, Tsatas, Reid, Laverde, Guelfi back in the next 4-5 weeks too.
I think so too. Geelong were ripe for the picking with their injuries.
Only doubt for me now is Richmond will bring in momentum/confidence from that game into Dreamtime.
We’ll be a bit battered after the last 4 weeks.
More a mental challenge for us…which is significant considering our history.
Edit - apart from 2016, have we had a 5 game losing streak in recent seasons?

We are getting next to nothing from our small forward stocks at the minute, despite Tippa surprising me a little with his game against the Power.
Snelling surely comes back IN, and i hope we see Guelfi (v.2022) sooner than later.

I’d feel far more relaxed if we brought Ridley and Kelly in, and dropped Hind and D’Ambrosio. Leave Baldwin in to balance out our defence more.
Think Snelling will come in for Menzie.
Maybe Tex based on his tackling pressure today but that’s still very risky.
Scott would not give any names when asked who is in the frame to return. Wonder if Guelfi may be a sneaky chance.
