Changes vs North aka Tin Rattlers 2023

It will be no Tigers by the end of the year. Most of them will have returned to the woodwork

I don’t want some fairytale Clarkson comeback (after the current investigation is atrociously thrown out) in coming days paving a pathway for him to return.

Keep Ratten in the chair.

We should win but I would like a couple of midfield soldiers back to be a little more confident.

Voss for Walla

Wow Meta really is a mixed bag

Coach said in the press conference that he expects Shiel to play next week after calling it a “minor foot tweak” at training… but he also said he “expected” him to play this week and was a “good chance”.

So in the last two weeks Shiel has had a rolled ankle, corked calf and now a foot tweak.
He probably really actually has a broken finger.

Chance Red misses, saw him grab that wrist a few times tonight

Walla needs a spell

Bryan didnt do much but should get a few games before going back to vfl

I’ll wait for vfl to play before trying to name ins

Both Tippa and Hep struggled tonight.
Hep was caught out 30 to 40m off his direct opponent, who got in to space and had the ball directed through them, quite a few times.
Do this against better sides and they make you pay.
Both looked like they could do with a freshen up.
In Shiel and Kelly.
Play Bryan against North this week and bring Flip back in against his old side Carlton/Pittonet.
Massimo full game this week, Hind sub.

One of Kelly or Hepp each week please.

Redman has had the wrist issue for a few games now

Kelly, Baldwin ,Voss in

Tippa, mass, Bryan out

Weed to ruck he is too hot and cold

Out: Tippa, Snelling, Hind
In: Shiel (assuming fit)

Depends on VFL form who else comes in.

Scott said that Shiel could have played again in his week. But he wasn’t at 100%.

So Scott wasn’t going to bring Shiel in when he wasn’t 100% when he had Hobbs and Caldwell (and Bryan) who were all good to play.

Reckon he’ll play this week.

Just watched the from the rooms video - 2MP is knocking down the door to play.

Will be putting his hand up to play “either next week or the week after”

Assuming that means he’ll play North or Carlton and not Carlton or after the bye.

2MP to feast on North?

Yes please

I thought Heppell wasn’t too bad again this week. Is he due to be managed after a trip west? Maybe Kelly in.
You’d hope Bryan gets at least one more, hopefully more. Reassess the ruck sitch after the FC game.
Tippa…well he seems well below his best atm. Fitness issues aside he’s just not the same clean and influential Tippa. Maybe a spell?
Guelfi Snelling and Mass to all keep their spots.
Can’t see many changes for mine tbh.
At a stretch Shiel and Kelly in for Walla and a managed Hepp.

I agree. He’s been pretty good the last few weeks. Always puts his body on the line, generally makes good position and as long as he doesn’t try to do too much with his disposal, he has been hitting targets.

I’m happy for him tbh, because it didn’t look great earlier in the season.

8 day break probably means Shiel and Kelly will be right to go.
