There is no way weideman can play in this side, i watched the full vfl game last week, he was terrible, almost disinterested and shied away from any body contact, i would delist him and not have his name anywhere near the seniors ever again. Nothing personal seems like a nice guy, just not a footballer

Hayes is ready to play 1 or 2 weeks before Ridley is fit. He should’ve played last week, for me Laverde is back up to the back up at AFL level now.

Why is Mcgrath out?
Jones does not hold his marks in the forward line, why do people want him dropping them in the back line?

because he’ll get a cleaner run at it and not have some one on his hammer trying to spoil. really it’s an attempt to save his career at this point. i’m not particularly beholden to it but with reid, baldwin and ridley injured i think it’s worth looking at it.

I think our best chance is Caddy, a debutant. They usually kick a few goals, because I suspect its a tradition among players to give debutants a free run. I suspect we will need Cox in defence.
Can we afford to have 2 slow half backs Heppel and Kelly. No. So Hind in defence.
Lav is a strong competitor, but not good enough. Who else is there ?
go smaller, more pressure, save two goals at the other end

It’s not the goals that he may have kicked that worries me, it’s the structure. You’d probably just need to put in Choofta as a big body to somewhat resemble a tall forward then hope the shortfall of goals comes from the midfield.
