North Melbourne ruckman Daniel Currie will join the Gold Coast SUNS as part of a series of trades with the Kangaroos and Geelong.

As part of the trade, Zac Smith will join Geelong, in exchange for draft selections 49 & 53, with the SUNS moving selection 53 to North Melbourne in exchange for Currie.

Effectively meaning the SUNS have traded Smith for Currie and selection 49.

Officially Stevie J deal done for 5th Round pick next year

Jeremy Howe, Jimmy Toumpas, Ben Kennedy and Paul Seedsman have all found their new and expected homes.

Howe gets to Collingwood, Toumpas to Port Adelaide, Kennedy to Melbourne and Seedsman to. A myriad of draft picks will also change hands and we’re just finalising the details on those.

Pick 57 to the Bombers for Giles and pick 62.

Giles heads west along with Essendon’s fourth-round pick in the NAB AFL draft (No.62) in exchange for the Eagles third-round pick (No.57)
