Anyone played with Sous Vide cooking? Got a thermomix, so can do it in that. Any recommendations for bags without going all out and getting a vacuum sealer?
Use ziplock bags. Iâll be trying them out myself soon. I bought the vacuum sealer and bags to go with it. Itâs good but only for the drier ingredients. Once you start putting liquids in I find it harder to seal.
Is sous vide cooking really worth the time and effort?
