Different cook for each of the 5 days?!!!

Anyone played with Sous Vide cooking? Got a thermomix, so can do it in that. Any recommendations for bags without going all out and getting a vacuum sealer?

Use ziplock bags. I’ll be trying them out myself soon. I bought the vacuum sealer and bags to go with it. It’s good but only for the drier ingredients. Once you start putting liquids in I find it harder to seal.

Is sous vide cooking really worth the time and effort?

Nope. Hahahaha!

What have you made that you can recommend? The next thing I’m going to try is a 48 hour lamb ragu. Have you tried it at Anchovy Bandit? That’s what I’m trying to copy.

We don’t eat seafood so no.

I eat a lot of curry dishes and love experimenting.
I do what I think is a very nice goat curry that is quite simple

Yum! Anchovy bandit isn’t a seafood joint, don’t let the name fool you and check it out. Prospect Road.

Christened my new Weber Q this evening with a seafood feast… yum!
