The rest of us are Tezza having a fried egg for dinner!

But I bet you improvise a bit, put things in that aren’t in the recipe, leave out things that you don’t have and you don’t think are essential.

A little bit but nothing outrageous! Hahaha

Fried eggs and Greek salad are a great dinner!

I know a lot of people like Nagi’s recipes, so I thought this might be a related story of interest.

I do also have a link to the actual listing on the Real Estate website, if it’s OK to link that. I’m not sure if it is, as it has the address, but it has all the photos and house plan.

Made this last night, gnocchi with Italian pork and fennel sausage, mushroom and spinach. First time cooking it, was bloody nice, had the rest of it tonight. :ok_hand:

I’ve been making this one of Nagi’s a bit recently:

It is just so easy; for two of us the recipe makes two meals and it’s just as good a couple of days later. You can put in an extra leek for higher veg content, and all you need to go with it is some baby peas out of the freezer.

Yum. Will have to add that to the list. Looks a good autumn meal!

I must say I’m a bit obsessed with panko and Parmesan crumb lately. I feel like i put it on everything :joy:
