Pumpkin, red onion, spinach and pine nuts on a tomato and cheese base. Sprinkle with Balsamic before serving.
I’ve bought myself a vertical skewer pan from Bunnings so I can make yiros meat in the oven. It’s bloody delicious.
I am just now learning this is a thing, and I immediately want one.
Was there a difference between the top and bottom layers of meat?
I highly recommend. I can’t wait to do pork and lamb on it too.
No difference at all. All I did was carve up most of it but put the most inside part back in for another 15 mins.
I used this lady’s recipe. Second time I’ve made it and so it’s not beginners luck. Been awesome both times.
What happened to the pita.
I’m trying to do low/no carb for the next month to fit into some dresses for upcoming events

Have you come across Dimitra’s Dishes? I’ve made her vegetarian gemistas and they were outstanding. I like the way she does her videos, making it clear that the recipe is just an idea that can be modified in many different ways.
I know but I can’t eat it all the time I don’t like that much
I haven’t. I shall check her out!
I’m scheduled to have my remaining teeth pulled and will be restricted to soft foods for a period of three months before I get my dentures.
Three questions:
1 - What is a good blender model for making smoothies etc?
2 - What are some good smoothie recipes?
3 - What other nice soft foods could you recommend?
Banana, peanut butter, chocolate is my go to:
1 banana, 2 big spoons of PB, 2 Spoons of cocoa powder, milk according to desired thickness. The banana provides sweetness but if you want sweeter you can use drinking chocolate which is generally around 50% sugar
I use a Nutribullet
Soups yogurts pasta got me through getting my 4 wisdom teeth pulled at once until I could eat more solid food a week later using my other teeth.
You’ll need some type of protein so beans of some type might be advisable. One for the vegans to comment more on.
I hope you manage through it ok ![]()
Cottage cheese, yogurt & your favourite protein powder.
Why not? Peas make a lot of things better.
