Everyone will be happy.
So I ran out of Soy Sauce when I steamed some Dimmys yesterday, … and somewhere in the back of my mind I had the thought that some people put Mayonnaise on them, so did a Google to see if my memory was right just out of interest, … and I came across a recipe the likes of which I’ve never seen or would ever think would exist.
Sounds pretty bloody awful, … but something about the photo makes me want to give it a crack, just to see if there’s some Genius to it, and it magically somehow works.

Godspeed
It’s a ripper eh?
Impressive but someone once told me that in China they can make soy sauce from hair. Maybe you could have gone that route?
They also make coronas from bat wings
Actually buffalo wings from USA…
Chicken of the cave!
We signed up to an organic vegetable box delivery. It had some broccoli in it so I made broccoli and pea soup. Also made my first ever gluten free bread. I’ve actually never baked bread before
It’s a soup kinda night! I made this cauliflower soup tonight. Not in the fancy plates today as it got eaten too fast!
Is it nice? I found a recipe I want to try but I’m not the biggest broccoli fan.
Sadly not. I have to force myself to eat most veggies. Hahaha.
Ok, … I would never have thought that. v v
Did you do the Arti soup?
Try a cream of Broc, saute off in a fair bit of Garlic Oli and Butter and B pep, transfer to a pot add some Chick stock. and blitz it when soft with a some normal Cream or Milk, … swirl in some room temp (runnyish) Sour cream before hitting it.
Not to beat my own drum but it was pretty awesome! I had 1x broccoli (stem and florets) 1x potato, 1x onion, approx 1/2cup chopped dill, some chopped chives, approx 1 cup peas, 1 can coconut milk and 3 cups vegetable stock and salt and pepper to taste.
I love cauliflower soup. What’s in that one?
That looks really tasty.
Recipe please.
I love the flexibility of Cauliflower.
Deadset staple of my diet.
Could eat it everyday and I probably do.
How good is it when you just baste it in melted butter
I think they look lovely and they’re good for you, but I’m a meat, bread, pasta and cheese type of person
I’ll do the artichoke soup next weekend.
That’s the base recipe I used for the soup. None of this 97% fat free bacon rubbish though. Pancetta also works really well. I also had a good chunk of crumbled blue vein cheese. If you don’t like that, Parmesan also works well.
