Over the years I’ve heard a number of Retired players say that winning the Crichton Medal is a higher honour than getting in the All Australian side.
I thought it was interesting discussion.
Agree or disagree?
Having never won a Crichton medal or been AA my two cents is pretty much worthless, however having played sport at a reasonably high level I always valued the team/club awards. To be recognised from those within feels a great honour.

Don’t All Australian’s sometimes get handed out in Weeties packets, hang on do people still eat that stuff? Maybe it comes in Carman’s Muesli or Milo cereal.

Well there’s only 1 Crichton vs 22 AA spots per year.
