Cricket Part II

Cool your jets Clarke lover.

If Clarke and Brett Lee didn’t have clearly not Indian names you’d swear they were actually Indian they way they suck up to them.

They just know what side their bread is buttered on. I don’t blame them for that. But I don’t take much notice of their opinions either.

Kohli may be out for the last test (not sure why they write it as “rushing” considering it is still in country):

VIRAT Kohli is in doubt for the Test series decider between Australia and India that starts on Saturday, with the hosts reportedly rushing an uncapped batsman into their squad as cover.

My hatred is reserved for people who use apostrophes to make plurals.

And Michael Clarke, Brett Lee and Virat Kohli.

That’s bad news. They might win if the replacement can make runs.

Apparently it’s the kid that made a big score against us in the tour game before the first test.

3 hours until the game starts

Kohli confirmed out, and Kuldeep Yadav, a left arm chinaman, is in. Not sure if straight swap but will find out soon.

And we won the toss again - batting of course. India playing five bowlers (three spinners) and we’re unchanged. Pitch apparently has plenty of cracks, although a bit more grass than the others.

Edit: Ishant out for Bhuvneshwar Kumar, bit of a seam/swing specialist

And Warner dropped off the first ball.

dropped first ball…wow

Not quote a soda, but should have been taken at 3rd slip.

Maybe if 3rd slip and 5th slip would’ve been closer together he wouldn’t have needed a diving attempt.

Renshaw bowled

Both sides must be expecting some serious turn in this game. India have three spinners and Australia have stuck with their two plus Maxwell.

21st 50 in test match cricket for Smith!

And, 40th time he’s made 50 or more in 99 innings. Not too shabby.
