Why is Coulter-Nile bowling well?

I just donāt understand why Hazelwood isnāt in the squad. Surely he is a better bowling option than Kane Richardson.

2 wickets with 2 rubbish balls , makes a mockery of all the good bowling in general when those 2 balls get wickets 
Cummins gets a wicket with a ball gloved. Stumping chance missed. Finch gets a cheapie with a full toss caught on the boundary. Pakistan last 2 wickets have swung the game strongly back into Australiaās favour. Run out attempt missed.
Cummins takes another, a ripper of a ball jagged back and took an inside edge, Carey gloved it beautifully in his left. Pakistan now 5 down, tail exposed.

Poor finish to the batting and bowling innings, need to improve a hell of a lot more to beat England and if we play India again.
