I hope this sort of victim mentality isn’t typical of how people feel within the club. We are where we are due to our own failings as a club and nothing else.

He has done a fantastic job last year, but that was part 1 of a 3 part plan.
I’m confident further changes will be made by him.
Dodoro won’t survive another year in our club, they would be aware of the noise, the stats, players selected, percentage who have made it and who haven’t.
He has some power to remove Dodoro, though it is really a Vozzo decision.
He has no power to remove Sheedy, it is only Members who can do that.
His silence has been deafening

Getting rid of Dodoro, Murphy and a clean out of the assistant coaches is what we need and what will happen.
Why would anyone on the EFC board have any urgency to fix things?
