They need to move on and have the players enjoying their footy. Trusting each other. Playing for each other.
Building that understanding between each other for what they want to be in the next 1-3 years.
They need hunger and confidence, without getting frustrated when things don’t go right.
An attitude of “**** you all, we’re young now but we’ll be coming for you soon enough.”
Blah blah blah blah sooks the lots of em, they have run this club for far to long and their pathetic excuses for tears are worthless as are their performances
The year is a write off must look forward to the next 1/3 years. But most of the players r kids they don’t think like mature adults. But they get paid well

I mean hopefully better than 10th better but it will.
Just gotta hold the line. No sugar fixes - keep the draft picks, collect more for those players who don’t want to be part of the solution.
Those meetings they claim to have occurred, where harsh words were spoken, is just another crock of rubbish they “leak” out to make out that they care. I believe they just pick up their pay cheques, go home and couldn’t give a stuff. One of the craziest decisions was to put some of our mediocre senior players on long term contracts. Now they can just sit back and watch the money roll in, knowing they wouldn’t get a game anywhere else.

2 weeks in a row we’ve let 2 players hit 40 touches.
i can’t remember ever seeing two players from one team topping 40 touches. we’ve done it two weeks running.
I dare say it’s a first for the competition.

LDU had 40 disposals in the game Sheezel racked up 54 last year.
