I think Dods lodged a S.365 application, both parties ended up at a non mandatory conciliation meeting which was facilitated by the FWC and reached settlement.

A bit unfair to Sheedy. Sheedy stated he voted for Hird only after Barham said the decision to appoint Scott was unanimous. Barham wasn’t telling the truth which to my mind is not something any organisation wants in a leader.

My comment was not actually a criticism of a Sheeds. I reckon he had every right to defend his position and he was misrepresented by the Media.
There is no legal requirement for any Board Member to show solidarity with Board decisions that they disagree with, and I would respect Board Members more for honesty, than by being a puppet.
Because of the secrecy around EFC Board decisions, Members and Supporters label all Board Members with the same distain at times. I have been told of very robust discussions around the table, especially over coaching and CEO actions and appointments. Pity they don’t do podcasts.
