Am eagerly awaiting with great anticipation of BakerWasAStarās analysis of this weeks game.
After reading his analysis of last weekās match and the stats that he provided about how the players effort was there but we couldnāt stop Ports spread, I felt a little bit better about last week. It really was one bad half and the last 90 secs of the first half that was bad.
The focus clearly this week was to keep the game contested and prevent them from getting their outside game going. Worked a treat.

Damn! Just checked my FLR tips and for some unknown reason went with the Doggies. Earlier this week l would have gone for Essendon. Oh ye captains of such little faith!

I said to a mate at halftime if Parish and Laverde werenāt liabilities weād be up by 6 goalsā¦ both made amends in the 2nd half. Huge shoutout to Durham, Jones, Caldwell, Cox, Duursma, Merret, Goldstein, Langford, Stringer and any I missed. Must win game and we did that and more.

Itās simply because heās still so thin and at the speed he goes, the wind is holding back the top half of his body.
As he gets stronger/bigger, the wind he generates wonāt hold him back as much.

A chance to rectify the port performance on the same ground.
If we lose then weāll know for certain that we are essington and no better than a middle of the road team

but also you cant just pencil it in. Bring the same team and intensity and were a chance.
with cox moved out of defence to wing would consider Hayes if their is a matchup. Be nice to get a look at him before Ridley is back.

Donāt think there will be a match up unless they bring gollant in.
Weād go mckay on tex.
I canāt stand Laverde but he will get another game and will take Fogarty.
But even gollant. Redman can take him if they had enough confidence for him to take Sam Darcy.
