Dr Who

Taken in 2004 at the Doctor Who Exhibition in Blackpool. Do I win?

The Melkur is one of my earliest memories. Was holidaying at Durras on the southern NSW coast, would leave the cousins and run in at 6:30 (?) to watch it.

Just noticed the awesome spoiler in the background.
Thankyou.
Now don't do it again.

Whatever are you referring to? I didn't take it.

The ness said the better.

Appologies all around. I didn't really notice that. Just thought it was a cool pic of 10 and 11.

:o
I thought the unflattering bum shot was the point of the photo.

I flew out of London the day before the commencement of New Who filming.

I love me some Hartnell.

Whoa!! How did this happen! It's like we have been moved across the thread space time continuum!

Please read http://arxiv.org/pdf/1310.7983v1.pdf to better understand. I don't know how I coped for so many years not knowing about such an obvious concept as light cones.

Brilliant!! I will read the rest of it after my exam.

You know why the daleks are so angry and exterminatey? This song...

It’s sweet how some people persist in believing crass merchandising is a new concept.

After all, this is also the era of the Anti-Dalek Fluid Neutraliser (as seen* on TV).

 • may not be a factual statement

Yes, it was an existing water pistol, just whacked onto a different cardboard backing.

Just re-watched The Lion, The Witch The Doctor, The Widow, and the Wardrobe. I gather I'm mostly alone on this one, but it's CLEARLY the best of the Christmas Specials. 17 days till the 50th anniversary of C.S. Lewis' death (stuff Huxley and Kennedy). But things pick up the day after.

They probably waited until they knew you were on the plane and it had taken off before making the announcement. Otherwise you would have been in the way, hanging around etc.

Congratulations to Gai.

She looks pleased with herself.

She came second in fashions of the field that year.

The official synopsis of the anniversary show...

In 2013, something terrible is awakening in London‘s National Gallery; in 1562, a murderous plot is afoot in Elizabethan England; and somewhere in space an ancient battle reaches its devastating conclusion. All of reality is at stake as the Doctor‘s own dangerous past comes back to haunt him.

75 minutes of Zygon filled fun...

I think it's important to note that the official Disinterested Handjob Doctor Who 50th Anniversary EP will be released next week. Because the show deserves a noisegrind tribute after all these years. It may reference Doctor Who in oblique ways.

Possible spoiler for Day of the Doctor…
Reports that Tom Baker makes an appearance!
