Well, that was the challenge. So for sure Iād do this on my own. Itās a fair fight, and no physical contact from my side. Itās a sound proposition.
Heck, thereās people in here suggesting they would fight a whale while itās on land! Can you imagine how hard it would be to kill a whale?

Iāve always thought that downloading a movie from a pirate site is illegal. Recently, an IT guy told me that downloading stuff isnāt illegal but distributing it and making money off it is.
I suspect heās full of it. Am I wrong?

iām saying this with only about 40% confidence, but i think distributing/selling is a criminal matter while downloading is considered a civil matter?

Im saying this with about 60% confidence. Downloading it illegally, and obtaining it without paying for it by any means would probably just be straight up theft, which is a criminal matter.
in australia it is, and current precedent is that if they sue you, they can only get the cost of the alleged copyrighted material as it would cost in retail.
but govts are always changing laws.
