None of the candidates are appealing.
This is a pretty tough choice.
We have either the status quo or a couple of ex players with no real plan
No one sees, as far as i can tell the real problem.

I agree with barhams ideas, but his execution has been appaling.
I disagree with the ex Essendon people and the risk they present, but they are something different.
Itās really an undesirable choice.

Just a reminder that the Resolution is not about removing poker machines, itās about acknowledging the social harm they do which is exactly the position the gambling regulator the VGCCC has taken.

Heard Paul Westonās SEN interview. Each person can vote how they like. For me i found his call on Redman and Clarke not putting in with the last 200m of club time trial strange myself. One I actually donāt see it myself in the vision he is pointing too. Second thats very selective vision without being at each 150min training session. Thought that was a lazy example from afar.
I watched players be very physical on Saturday in the rain. Was a tough session.
Been an interesting time this election. We will see what happens.

Listened to a grab of Weston criticising the players efforts in the 2Km time trial. Shades of Jeff kennet for me. Didnāt like. Sounds like he wants to be coach !

Havenāt listened to the interview but calling out players based on footage is extremely unprofessional for someone aspiring to be a board member. This guy is only running for his own benefit and to cause more instability.
Iāll bet my house on it that Weston has never been out to a training session. Donāt vote for dinosaurs like this.

Redman didnāt put in for the majority of last season so why would the time trial be any different.

I agree it was a bit of a bizarre example to keep focussing on.
I have admiration for anyone that puts their hand up for these positions - it takes courage. It is far easier to come online and just complain but at least these 5 are actually trying to help the club.
On Weston - it seems like he unfortunately doesnāt really have many concrete ideas on how he would bring about improvements. He didnāt really focus on his post football career and life. Simply that he won a premiership 39 years ago so his magic dust will rub off on everyone else. His heart I think is in the right place but I think there are better options to vote for.

Thatās my preference. But I add the satisfying step of juicing everyone up to the eyeballs and having an undefeated season first.
