Can't find a contact us on the site except at the bootom where it is a telstra maze.

This happens to me at work on my iPad, but when I get home I don't have a problem, check your security settings
I had some problems with the videos. Once I updated my virus and malware protection everything went back to normal.
I've had the problem where my firewall was preventing any control (play/pause, skip forward, go full screen), as soon as I disabled it it worked fine. So re-set it to learning mode and that fixed it up.
