I love nearly all music. Rap hurts my ears.
If there are instruments and melodies I am on board, even if it is bad. The stuff like Bob Vylian, not the political stuff, is just putrid.
Or watching Essendon at Marvel on a Sunday.

Aside from the stench and muck …Glastonbury was a good un this year for mine… Maybe not amongst the all times but wish we’d got a van ticket and gone. Overpriced in there but well, hot and sweaty for a day or two with good bands on tap. Bring it on …
I remember Narara up in NSW in the early 80s. Now they were fun … the first one with Angels, INXS, Aussie Crawl, Chisel in their pomp, comfortably numb was unforgettable.

Labour Government presents a Bill to proscribe Palestine Action and two Neo Nazi far right groups.
Palestine Action has been involved in boycotts of UK firms supplying Israel with goods used in equipment for the Israel military.
Members involved in sit ins have been charged and are awaiting trial.
Corbyn’s request for a separate vote on Palestine Action is rejected by the Government.

A state banquet here in England in honour of the French, welcoming President Macron this evening. At Windsor Castle. Full on pomp and ceremony with all who’s anyone of title in attendance. Charles fluent French added to Macron’s command of English.
Entente Cordiale is alive and kicking. And given the massacres happening elsewhere in eastern Europe right now, the threats and all, it’s a heartening thing to hear and see. Macron addressed the HoC earlier…
