EPL 2024/25

Sounds like a grind out win - will watch replay tonight but hell of a relief to nail that first win at home
I think it took us about 11-12 games last year to get to 13 points

Both sides hit the woodwork but overall we deserved the win. Wood really should have made it 1-0 right on half time, then we squandered a 3 on 1 chance in the final minute. Anderson was excellent playing in a Gibbs type setup. It’ll be nice to get a couple of midfielders back though.

Palace are struggling a bit, gave the ball back a lot.

is this fraud ever gonna get the sack?

That’s a long way off the pace already. 3 draws.

Spurs get the points again, but missed some easy chances I’m reading.

Barring disaster we will still make the knockout stage. Harder to miss the knockout stage than make it.
Normally I’d be happy with any away points in Türkiye but that was ordinary today again

English fans got to stop travelling to turkey. Seems every time they go there, the Turks pull knives out

I’ve caught some highlights now. Oh yeah! Make it happen, Ange.

Ipswich town. English football‘s Fark Carlton.
Identical history and both struggling at the same time

I want the win here, but I don’t want us to be a reason to get Cooper sacked.

We need the win especially over the struggling Foxes, but whatever ramifications thereafter have nothing to do with us on Trentside

Yates seemed to agree with me given he missed one of the easiest goals ever. FFS.

So we’re off to Europe now , right ?:rofl:

So are we banking Europa League or Champions League?

Good win for Nottingham last night

And interesting to see a lot of Forest fans on this page.

They‘re my nearest premier league club and I have a bit of a soft spot for them.

I‘m really liking how they‘re playing at the moment this team has a lot going for them under nuno.

To see them get back into european football next season would really be something special and would resurrect the glory days under Brian Clough in the late 1970s and 80s

There’s virtually no chance we finish top 6 . But if we have a nice, comfortable, well clear of relegation season - say 10th to 12th - I’ll be wrapt.

We’ve been so traumatised by Essendon we can’t even dream.

It’s top 4 quality football we’re playing.

You have every right to believe they‘ll be top 6 anything is possible in football. The way forest are playing now is unbelievable

It was a nice win for your mob. On my hammer’s site we do a competition picking all the results, points for picking the winner, double points for correct score. Done mine on Saturday not knowing there was a Friday night game. Oh well, must pay attention. :grinning:
