EPL 2024/25

Darwizzy on too. Hope it’s one of those where he causes chaos and scores the winner!

Nunez had a gilt-edged chance with his first touch but put it over. Been end to end. Both goalies being called upon and up to the task.

Team seems to be running out of legs. Entire midfield played as if they had concrete shoes, defending was awful.

I’ve loved Nunez in the past but his last two games especially have been dogshit. His finishing has cost us more games than I’d like to admit, and today was another win gone begging

I think Endo needs to be given more game time to help with the fatigue management. I suspect he would have come on if we had been leading in the second half.

He should have come on regardless. Gravy was invisible all game

Agree. Gravenberch looks gassed. He’s been great the first half of the season but he needs a rest. Also a curious decision to start Jones on the left of the front line in place of Diaz. What’s the point of signing Chiesa if you’re not gonna use him? He can play both sides, is intelligent and can finish. Slot mustn’t rate him. In isolation, a point at Villa, who have been very hard to beat at home, isn’t the worst. But after the late draw at Everton, we really needed to win. City away on Sunday is HUGE!

United travel to Goodison in the early kick-off.
Can only see one result myself … been a fair while since Everton last went in as favourites for this clash.

Moysey doing a great job since he went back to Everton.
United though … in turmoil. Stick with Amorim and start to turn this squad over in the summer.

Meanwhile the Rat making everyone miserable in OT.
Not sure if this piece is widely viewable.

Man United are basket case.

  • A billions pounds in debt.

  • Championship quality players on Champions league wages.

  • And a stadium which is falling down.

Being relegated might actually mean the Glazers scurry away. But Man United will still need to pay their billion pound debt, regardless.

Its just insane that they’ve spent so much money and the quality of players in the squad seems to keep getting worse somehow. Blowing 200 million pounds on two spuds like Antony and Sancho who you got less than zero out of. Criminal mismanagement.

They look like they’ve downed tools on another manager already. There is literally nothing postive about this club at the moment other than they are lucky that Leicester, Ipswich and Southampton are too ■■■■ to catch us.

I didn’t think it could get more bleak than the end of 2021/22 under Rangnick. Relegation actually being on the cards feels unreal.

Just not sure where the improvement comes from. The players get worse the more they play in the current system. Every player has been given a fair chance but they are almost all in career-worst form at this point. Can’t even play League 1 level passes, it’s unbelievable how low their level is.
