Seems as if Trent may not leave on a Free transfer. Reports are the Real Madrid want him available for the Club World Cup in June. As Trent’s contract with Liverpool doesn’t expire until the 30th of June, RM would have to pay a fee to get him before that date. It’s likely to be less than £1M, plus TAA would have to forgo his salary for that period of time.

Depends on how much weight they place on the Europa League Final. The cautionary tale is United keeping Ten Hag after an about face when they beat City in the FA Cup Final. No doubt if they’d got drilled in that game he’s 100% sacked. They changed their mind, kept him on, back him in the transfer market and then sacked him anyway this season. If Spurs don’t think Ange is the man right here right now, one game shouldn’t change their opinion…

In all honesty we’ve struggled with injuries and consistency since the last international break
The depth of the squad has been tested which poses the question why we didn’t strengthen it in January
The last few weeks feels like we’ve been found out a bit by other teams
Ask any Forest supporter would they have taken a potential top 5-7 spot in the EPL at the start of the season and we’ve have bitten your hand off for it
Obviously we all readjusted expectations when we were sitting third on the ladder for so long and the past few games are a disappointment in comparison
I’m still really flat about hitting the woodwork 3 x times yet losing to Man ■■■■■■ in the Cup semi final. I hate those ■■■■■■ and felt we would’ve had a good crack at Palace in the final. All we’ve done is hand Citeh a trophy that the engraver already has their name on.
We shouldn’t overlook the impact that our cup run had on the league results

Another shitzen game of football by all accounts but the Hammers take the chocolates at old Trafford. Even though Manure were probably saving themselves for their euro final they shouldn’t down tools at home. Spuds ditto.

I never once thought we were genuinely the the 3rd or 4th best squad. So I’m absolutely thrilled at where we are at. That said, I expect us to beat Leicester at home. But a long season is catching up. And I think we’ve felt the pressure of our ladder position.

Top of table clash, Good comeback from Arsenal away. Then the free for a push in the face to deny Liverpool. Well picked up by the ref, I dont suppose he could have missed the writhing Arsenal body on the ground.
Spurs can’t use a final as an excuse, really, Palace have the FA Cup before that. Short turnaround, sure, but a disorganised home performance. I have a hunch Ange will be gone, regardless of whether he lifts silverware, you can’t guide a team like Spurs into 17th.
Bit of aggro at Forest with the owner coming on the pitch and having a bit of a pop at Nuno the coach. Afterwards he said it was only due to concerns about some injuries. Said it had absolutely nothing to do with dropping points against relegated Leicester and damaging Champions league hopes. Wasn’t a good look. Owners should stay in their corporate boxes.
Marinakas (and his son) are completely entitled nobs. Very rich ones, but nobs nonetheless. He will continue to be a volatile thorn in the side, but also the financial backing for another push into the top echelon of the PL.
