Nguyen has to come in as we need his hardness and tackling. Together with day-wicks, Roberts and Zack we’ll have a mosquito tackling fleet.

Get rid of Parish and or Cladwell and give their midfield minutes to Robey/Sharp. Then bring in Nguyen as a small forward.
We finally draft some 190ish mids and then don’t play them there.

There should be a couple of omissions for that effort.
McKay sadly needs to stay in. He is our best option at this stage until Ridley and Hayes are fit.
I would drop Caldwell with May out injured.

IF…there is any selection integrity (and we all know there won’t be), Parish must be dropped after his short stepping episodes yesterday.
It was an absolute disgrace to see him do it several times…and on Anzac Day of all days.
You know it was bad when the commentators called him out for doing it.

I was being cynical.
The fact he started there was bad enough, but, that he was there for as long as he was was really poor strategising & coaching.

In no way should Cox even be considered to play.

In: Nguyen, Johnson, anyone else but Cox and those mentioned above.
My guess is he moves Langford forward to cover mays absence ,which won’t work
Zero chance he drops Reid or McKay
Maybe a fringe youngster gets dropped. But zero chance he drops one of the senior guys who stunk it up. He will back them in to turn it around, then when they stink it up again he will act surprised

Would love to see Johnson come back in for this one. I get that he didn’t have a great game in the VFL but I think we need all the good kickers we can get.
Nguyen for May - and we go shorter in the forward line is another option.
Not sold on bringing Cox in - just don’t see it with him.
