    No votes for Stanton. The OP who paid out on Stanton was harsh but the sentiment correct. He’s been great in many games this year, but he was awful yesterday: didn’t keep his feet at crucial moments, fell over, dropped simple marks, little steps, soft: didn’t attack tough tackles, and once or twice just stood there a passive onlooker waiting for an easy ball while a colleague got hammered. It was shameful at times.

    He’s a senior player and needs to try hard all the time.
