Well, that was a procession.
norris actually thought hed win a WDC clown
No chance
McLaren’s end of season form has dropped.
Is that down to track suitability? Obviously you’d rather be in their position but Ferrari look good to take the constructors.
i think its a lack of leadership, when they had the dont be a ■■■■ norris races early on and zak brown did sfa about it, they were doomed
Their rear wing.
Leclerc has cracked the ***ts.
Carlos Sainz appeared to have refused Ferrari’s team orders during the 2024 Las Vegas Grand Prix. The Spaniard was asked not to attack his teammate, Charles Leclerc, which he did not pay heed to. Reacting to the move, Leclerc hit out at Sainz with a linguistic jibe.
“Maybe try in Spanish”
I love it when the whole Mercedes team have no idea why they were so fast today. Wko knows what will happen in Qatar.

- Formula 1 and General Motors have reached an agreement that will see the American automaker become the 11th team on the Formula 1 grid in 2026.
- The team will operate under the Cadillac banner and plans to engineer in-house power units by the end of the decade.
- It will utilize Andretti Global’s existing resources in the United States and Silverstone, England. Mario Andretti will serve on the team’s board.
Formula 1 and General Motors have reached an official agreement that will see the American automaker enter the sport as an 11th team. According to statements from both Formula 1 and General Motors, the team will operate under the Cadillac banner.
The Cadillac-branded outfit will operate as a customer team when it first enters the sport in 2026, but GM promises to launch its own power unit by the end of the decade. According to a statement from Formula 1, GM’s clear commitment to becoming a “full works” team was part of the decision to allow it to enter.
CADILLAC
“With Formula 1’s continued growth plans in the U.S., we have always believed that welcoming an impressive U.S. brand like GM/Cadillac to the grid and GM as a future power unit supplier could bring additional value and interest to the sport,” said Greg Maffei, outgoing Liberty media CEO and president.
The announcement comes 10 months after Andretti Global’s Cadillac-backed application was accepted by the governing body of the FIA but denied by the sport itself. The denial was rumored to be caused by tensions between the now-former CEO of Andretti Global, Michael Andretti, and F1 executives. With the Andretti branding dropped from the GM bid, the sport allowed the entry to go through.
The team will instead be partnered with TWG Global, which owns and operates Andretti Global, Wayne Taylor Racing, and Spire Motorsports. The new team will make use of TWG and Andretti Global’s existing resources in the United States and Silverstone, England. Mario Andretti, Michael’s father and the last American to win the Formula 1 championship, will serve as a director on the team’s board.
it’s the penultimate race coming up this weekend… QATAR
with Max regaling himself of the individual crown it’s all about the constructors’ championship and not just for the top spot - with a sprint race included it’s gunna be enthralling
Qatar’s one of the good racing ones, right?
i like them all, so not a good critic
i did a quick google and it seems it’s not a well rated track for F1 racing
issues with the curbs and tyres last yea, but apparently that’s been addressed
teams and drivers will work out what they have to do to try and gain an advantage and then it’s a matter of how things play out
You don’t really think of speed and go Cadillac.
Very classy by Lando! That was awesome.
Yeah, totally changed my thoughts about him.
So in summary last night.
Lando pulled over for Oscar in the sprint to hand him the win Oscar lost in Brazil.
Max was nowhere in the sprint. Perez hilariously bad
Then qualifying came around
Max finds speed and puts it P1
Then Russell, Lando and Oscar. Perez amazingly makes Q3
Now dropped to P2
Loved the interview afterwards. The team advised him not to do it because it was too risky given Russell’s position, but Lando ignored team orders and said he owed it to Oscar and was confident they could pull it off.
Dummy question: Would the 2 drivers be able to communicate directly?
I don’t think they can directly no. But I’m very new to F1!
