F1 2025 Dude Where’s My osCar

It pales into insignificance if you consider how much Gerry Ryan has pumped into Aussie Sport over the last 35 minutes. It’s a pity the owners did not pump this money into Aussie sport, instead of Gina Handcock.

Just watched the F1 2025 livery show from a packed out O2 arena.

Good show. Boring livery mostly.

Pre season testing starts in Bahrain next Wednesday 26th.

I know it’s necessary but the HP branding really ■■■■■ the look of that Ferrari

Big time.

Nothing better than the beautiful scarlet red

F1 Manager 2024 is free on epic games this week for those interested.

Going to the Phillip Island Classic Festival of Motorsport (that’s a big name)

Never been to PI track before. Is there any general admission spots that are best for viewing, or anything else I should know?

I went to that last year.

For this event I walked around. You’ll have heaps of spots to watch from because the crowd isn’t that massive.

You can walk around the pits and check out the cars and chat to drivers and anyone else. It’s a really good atmosphere.

And then pick and choose where you want to sit. I also watched a race from the top of the pit garages which gives a great overall view of the circuit.

Unfortunately last year was 40 degrees, and I didn’t last long up there!

I’m planning on going back again this year

I think this is what Jnr THT wants to do most

I also got a lap of the track in a Moffat Falcon last year, that was pretty fun

I would love a set of F1 tyres. One of each compound.

This was some nice nostalgia today, the #27 and #28 Ferraris from 1995 going round at Phillip island

Yep that was it.

Blown away. You can just walk into the pits while the drivers and mechanics are working away. Get up close to cars from private collections, all decked out in race livery. Multi million dollar cars and classics. Plus you can park your car at the fence just like at the local footy!

It is even fab to walk thru the car park and see the cool cars. I reckon it is one of the best car festivals.

Yep.

We did the hot lap too. It was a little milder than I was hoping for. But no other way to get a whip around the track in a 427 ‘68 Corvette.
