F1 2025 Dude Where’s My osCar

But it could have. This was a dumb call but it was 100% to not impact lando, if Oscar pits at the SC he wins, Max 2nd and Lando 3rd. This call was another team decision with one driver in mind, not the team in mind. Oscar needs to get the fk out of there

Don’t disagree ..
But to where? He just signed an extension. And Max is staying at RB next season at least. I can’t see OP remaining a second driver for too long. He needs to be a team No.1.

Ferrari? Problem car
Williams? probably not. Nor Mercedes who have their drivers.

Maybe one of the new teams joining next season?
Aston Martin and an improving car switching to Honda units “might” be a future suitor that’d probably be happy to make him their No.1.

Oscar may stay another season at McLaren and bide his time. Unless he wins next weekend and the WDC, when all current bets on his future are off :slightly_smiling_face:.

Everyone will wait and see how the new power units go before committing to a long term deal with a new team. Melbourne next year is going to be very different one would think. Prepare for a year of DNF’s and grid changes.

The first time the power units came in, Mercedes dominated for a long time. This time the drivers will also be more important to a team’s success.

There’s more manufacturers in various forms coming too. Cadillac, ford, Porsche.no shortage of money to be made for the top drivers

I think it is only fair that Oscar does one final sacrifice this week. He should take Lando out of the race.

Cadillac in f1 just seems gross

good enough excuse to share this one around again

Hadjar has done ok in that other team. I think you take your shot at driving Max’ car and be part of one of the big teams and everything else Red Bull would expose you to.

Poor Yuki.

He was tracking so well at Racing Bulls, too.

final race coming up to decide what’s been a crackin season for the drivers championship

should be a beauty

edit: just saw @FurryLog’s post above with the details.

I’ll have to start my posting from the pit lane.

Fastest qualifying lap (pole record): 1:22.109 by Max Verstappen — set in 2021 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix qualifying

last race 3 possible victors. Last year of current regulations. This should get smashed

Looks like a better circuit.

2 x DRS with a heavy braking zone should at least encourage some passing.

Hopefully Oscar can win and finish the season on a high. Would be epic to see a Lando / Max DNF

A lap from the finish. Oscar gets the Bradbury victory.

Stroll exits pit lane and wheel flies off taking out Max and Lando

I do wonder of the shenanigans from 3 other Red Bull cars this weekend… but it beats having Lando win and would massively put Zak and Andrea in an uncomfortable position

Will Oscar be at McLaren next yr?

He’s contracted.
