Oscar just having the worst luck again, couldnt even get 1 lap on the softs to put up a time, of course norris one of the very few who got a lap in on the softs. Red flags cost the last 20 mins of fp2 due to a manhole cover ( again )
Looks to be driving well though, so lets hope he gets something going his way in fp3 and qualy

FP3 halfway in most of the field on inters, super slippery course, everyone struggling
■■■■ me, oscar has telemetry issues with the car and cant finish FP3, neither can norris, oscar ends up 19th, lando 20th, both end up not being able to put laps in after the track dried up a bit, both over 4 seconds back
Q1 a shitshow because of the rain. It’s quite cool that is who is gutsiest. Norris nearly misses Q1. Barrier repair delaying Q2

Piastri at least is doing no wrong. Much better than supporting Essendon
Doesn’t look like a great track for watching. Very dark in areas, and no wide angles.
Hope for some carnage up the front rows.

In the late 11990s l could clearly hear the F1 cars changing down throught the gears for a corner then up again, in my mum’s backyard, Wickham Rd. Moorabbin, which was about 16 km from the city, probably 10 -12 m from the nearest point on the track.
