Is Bewick likely to play a few games for the Cannons U18’s next year? The best prospects each year have usually played a handful of games as a 16 year old before their main two seasons at the level.

He’s no Chloe Baker-West.
(Averaged 31.4 disposals in her year before the two years, and 39.5 in her “first” year. Actually, her “first” year was her third. Now just needs to avoid injury, and in 2025 primarily play for our VFLW team.)

I had a similar thought with a different conclusion - it reads like they want it dragged up in 5 years when some of these kids get drafted so they can tell a story about how much of a gun they’ve been for years.
