Favourite Albums Of All Time 2023

A lot of great albums in this thread. One that I always bring up with my mates that is mint from start to finish but criminally underrated, is Bleed American by Jimmy Eat World. That album kicks ass.

Edit: in keeping with my post-2000 albums (because the classics have already been mentioned), I haven’t heard anything punk/hardcore top Rise Against - Appeal to Reason.

Too hard to do a top 10, and too hard to do any order. Respect for those that can manage it.

Here it goes:
Television - Marquee Moon
The Velvet Underground - Velvet Underground and Nico
Miles Davis - ■■■■■■■ Brew
The Congos - Heart of the Congos
Massive Attack - Mezzanine
Talking Heads - Speaking in Tongues
Kraftwerk - Man Machine
Gang of Four - Entertainment
Radiohead - Kid A
Darkside - Psychic
The Beatles - Sgt Peppers
Pink Floyd - Wish you were here
The Stooges - Funhouse

Eddy Current Suppression Ring - Eddy Current Suppression Ring

It’s a ripper. I always dug Clarity as well, a very different kind of mood.
