how often do media leaks about players interested in Geelong end up in them not going there? They nearly always get their man.
Reality is gold coast don’t play two rucks and Read probably isn’t a stay at home forward.

David Swartz on Point of View on SEN this morning alluded to his “feeling” that Essendon were up to “something” - wasn’t sure what, but I don’t think he was being overly transparent about what he knew. Maybe he’s got an unconfirmed whisper about us snatching a ruckman or player from somewhere? Who knows? Time will tell. Very good show by the way - factual, funny without too much BS. Tough timeslot 8-10 on a Sunday morning though.

We signed Blakiston and -even with Draper leaving -Goldy not going around again was always likely. I’m a little surprised he’s leaving the door open to play elsewhere, but good luck to him. Was definitely a bit of a cult favourite in his time with us.
He did say something big was happening though, right? Don’t think that would necessarily relate to this.
I assumed they were talking about a board challenge.
