Daddy, daddy cool…

Schwarz greatest contribution to football was standing there like a Farking moron and doing absolutely nothing to assist Justin Koschitzke when he fainted on live television.

Goldy was my favourite player this year. Did a job he was never expected to have to do.

Sure, he did it entirely inadequately, but I defy anybody to say he didn’t give it absolutely everything.

One of his earlier games for the season he was so gassed in the third quarter that he just fell to the ground jogging to a ruck contest.

He has the face of a good bloke. Or a 13 month old toddler.

Thanks, Old Gold.

A little perplexing he wants to play on. I guess he wants to get to 350 games??

Maybe he just loves the game.

Has a bit to offer if he’s not the number 1 banana.

But not with us.

he’s so cte-riddled himself that he was like ā€œhaha yeah that’ll happen, he’ll walk it offā€

Goldstein was seen looking at a property in the Lifestyle village down the surf coast. Make of it wha you will.

We’re always potting those that point ā– ā– ā– ā–  out at Essendon based on their failings. At that point you know we’re defensive and without a shred of justification for our own clubs actions.

Joint is an unstable shambles. Has been for > 2 decades.

Thanks Todd for your invaluable contributions to the club and team. You answered the call like the old warrior you are in the most trying of circumstances, and did way more than what anyone, including yourself, would have reasonably predicted when the call first came in. Don’t spoil your record by trying to go on and play a few more games. Time to become a ruck coach now, EFC needs one. Cheers.

We have enquired.

Not sure anyone at the Club knows epwhat is going on in so many ways.

I think he will announce his retirement in the next few days cant see any club taking him then do the motorcade at the GF with other retired players

Especially when you consider that people (me anyway) were wondering if Blakiston being 27 could be an issue … and Goldy is 10 years older than him. Actually makes me think keeping Blakiston on is 100% the right move, he’d be hitting his peak as a ruckman and should have a good 5 years in front of him. Thanks for your work over the past couple of seasons Goldy, all the best

Thanks Goldy

Great attitude

Great heart

Put in 100% and never took a backwards step.

A lot of Essendon players would do well to apply themselves like Goldy has. As a supporter I want to win every game but if at least players give their best then losing is a bit more palatable.

Goldy always gave his best.
