Because we’re overstocked for good ruck options, he’s got a terrible injury history, he may get good compo and we need to rebuild.

Culturally, also a big loss if he was to go.

Bryan did his ACL and Vigo is still raw. I think we will bring in a mature age ruck if Draper goes.

he is basically a 100% ruck there.
Brisbane would be my choice.

Yeah i get that, but an extra 2 years wont be a deal breaker i dont think, and unless the cash difference is life changing (im sure hell do ok with us too), i think he’ll stay. Add to that he is in midst of club putting arms around him whist he heals from a major injury, its a no from me.

He’s hardly ever got on the park for more than 15 odd games in a season. No way we should offer more than 4 years.

Players cracking the sads but they have never pulled their finger out.
If Scott, Vozzo and Rosa are getting everyone’s knickers in a knot then it might be what’s needed.

Interesting. I’m surprised that things were previously good. It feels like previously both the club and players have drunk the koolaid that we’re not far off.

Hopefully the offer/s triggers band 1.
After last draft I’m salivating at what Rosa can do with three first rounders and a couple of seconds. He’ll probably target a weak minded club again (Melbourne for instance) and turn our draft capital into 8 first rounders spread over 3 years plus some other club paying to stock our fridges with beer and energy drinks.
Doesn’t sound like that to me. Going by what Nic Martin said the players love playing for Brad and the culture he’s trying to build
