Just to be clear, I am no fan of Dodoro.
But…those kids mentioned in my previous post showed that they could play…and play well.
Yet they have all either stood still or gone backwards the longer they have been on the list.
That is the fault of the development team…not Dodoro.
So let’s agree that Dodoro was sh*t.
But our development of players over the period of our decline into mediocrity has been an ongoing embarrassment that is in no way attributable to Dodoro.
Yep - we can absolutely agree that development was not part of dodo’s job & has been a long standing problem BUT its also very very true that players developing to a high level significantly declined from the day dodo took over from Judkins. Coincidently it also improved significantly at Collingwood when Judkins went there. Its also true that never at any stage, in spite of many changes to developments staff, did we see significant improvements in the development of players.
You place WAY too much importance on Rising Star nominations.

Wow, never see anyone argue the reverse Covid theory. Most of dodo’s burner accounts argue that whilst his drafees were ■■■■ that was par for the covid draft.
