Gone. Lual was a good news story in a crappy 2025, but when list spots are tight itās the right call.

I was hoping weād keep him of all the guys waiting on a contract. Hes got some major speed. Sucks that this didnāt work out.

I enjoyed watching him play, looked good in our colours and had a bit of something. Should have been tried as a defensive forward imo, but heās lack of footy IQ was just too significant.

In all seriousness, Dude did some pretty awesome things, had some nice highlights, and then did kinda what you expected for the rest of the time.
Showed some good hustle and attack on footy at times. But canāt really argue, as if not for all the injuries he wasnāt getting near playing afl and would be gone now regardless still.
Canāt remember when he first came to the club. He has some development in him but we need list spots for new prospects. All the best Lual.

A bit like Tom Jok. Had some really attractive attributes but a bit too much to work on.
Although I still think we cut Tom Jok a year too soon.

I thought the same with Tom Jok. Tom Jok played his best footy when unencumbered. He told me at end of his career he wished he just had a few more opportunities to play with freedom and he thought he couldāve made it. Sometimes itās not meant to be.
He did ever so well to impact during the latter half of this year.
Runs hard, generally uses the ball well and managed to hit the scoreboard.
Good on him for making the most of his opportunity and hope he gets a look elsewhere.

Iām surprised he got as many games in a row as he did if this was going to be his fate, but at least he got a chance.

Halfway through the year he was a surefire delisting but then showed quite a bit on a premature promotion to the seniors. Bizarre 6 months for him but ultimately the right call imo.
