Left at 3Q time of Dreamtime!? He needs to stick with the club through the hard times! :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Jobe doing special comments tonight, I truly miss this bloke! Imagine him in the middle right now for us with our current midfield!

I listened to Jobe on the drive home from work. Was fantastic. Talked about Irish putting dead horse & mayo over everything. Just a funny, articulate, lovely bloke.

Jobe was awesome on POXTEL. Made it bearable. Such a great knowledge of the game, would make an awesome assistant next year.

XAV, get on it.

It was said on radio that Jobe did a really good job in the CH7 commentary.
Comments like: brilliant, balanced, natural.

What I have seen so far was how happy he was in the post game interviews. That was so good to see. Quite clearly a great person.

And when you watch the hooker goal again you can clearly hear someone slow clapping in the commentary box. Had to be Jobe.

It wasn’t Bruce thwacking one out, was it?

Speeeeeeeeeeeeeeciall.

Gee Duck, you just get a feeling I’m about to erupt, don’t you?

I think towards the end Jobe starting barracking a little bit, but his insight was excellent all night.

I honestly don’t mind if an ex player is commentating their former team, they show a bit of bias. It’s hardly a secret that they’d want them to win.

He has said, and pretty recently too, that the only games he watches are Essendon games.

I just thought that was what everyone did.
