How’re his skills coming along?
It was the first time I had seen him, but I couldn’t see anything much wrong. He seemed to kick it carefully when he had a free in front of me ie put it down onto his boot in a slightly crouching fashion, taking great care to drop it just so. But he kicked it all right in general play when he had less time.

He is a f*cking unit. Big build. Incredibly tall and mobile.

My feeling is he is being developed to be the long term replacement for Hooker to take on the gorilla KP forwards. BZT isn’t big enough.
Don’t make people bring up Rance.
He is going to be a champ this bloke. I was surprised at how quickly he is learning how to play the game and kick a different shaped footy.

I can see McBride and Zerk developing a brilliant partnership over the next decade or so.
I’d wager McBride might develop into a handy rebounding CHB should his skills develop the way most of the Irish lads seem to.

Will play tomorrow, he’s pretty much an Ambrose clone; plays tight, fit as hell and doesn’t need to touch it to play his role.
