Former #42 Massimo D'Ambrosio

Like you even need to ask?

He’s been going ok. Was very good vs us.

Would he be getting a game without all their injuries though? Debatable

Unlikely IMO, maybe sub

I still really like the guy, and still sad we don’t have him still.

I really like the guy, and sad we don’t have him ** version with less stills

Your post is not still enough.

Bring him back the back 6 worked like a well oiled machine

Has been dropped this week…well they are going with “managed” but he is an emergency.

Dropping ‘the best winger in the league’. Shocked.

It’s because Voss is in this week, both playing would be too much for some Blitzers to handle.

Was subbed last week seemingly with a minor niggle. Whether he’s any good or not, there doesn’t seem any reason to not take “managed” at face value.

I reckon he’s firmly in their best 22

As predicted by those who could see his value for a coach who gave him opportunity.

I can somewhat understand people making an argument that it’s not really hurt us in the immediate sense (even though right now with our injuries he’d be valuable on a wing) but a spud, he is not.

Nearly 600m gained, 27 touches and 7 score involvements today and compiling a fairly consistent season for a kid who is still inexperienced at AFL level.

They seem happy with him…

His foot skills would sure be nice atm, some of ours on Saturday hurt to watch.

He’s our loss but, by his own admission, he didn’t work as hard last year. It sounds like we didn’t offer him the contract and opportunities he thought he deserved, and it gave him a wake-up call. He’s certainly making the most of his new start.

Its what you want really fringe players going to other clubs and becoming best 22.

we would have prioritised Cox and Duursma ahead of him on the wing.

He did have something another good mid season draft selection from us.

Good on him.

I suspect at Essendon he would have been stuck in the VFL. He’s clearly better than that, and Hawthorn had a clear AFL role for him.

Never knew we let Luke Ryan smile from under our noses in 2016 too? He would be handy.

Not sure who’s spot he would be taking if he was still at Essendon. I suspect he would still be playing VFL.
