Bloody useless sack them all
Put it this way with our track record we broke himā¦if he was recruited at another club I bet he would not have this injury
Yeah I think that might be a touch simplistic
if so, could be a blessing in disguise as it would give him more time to strenghten the knee area? WHo know?
Maybe look at it simplistically because the evidence is there in black and white
I prefer not to view injuries simplistically due to the complex nature of individuals.
As mentioned, I agree regarding the others (they have similar factors). But not necessarily this one.
Anyone who thinks a back stress injury incurred by a player who has been at the club two weeks is a fault of the EFC fitness department is a dead set potato.
If you want to be optimistic, give him a 12 month contract, time now to further strengthen his knee and now back. Get him right to have a full pre season
1 is fair enough ā¦2 damn thatās bad luck ā¦.3 now what is going onā¦4 this is a problem that needs sorting out asap.
did you not understand the point of his post?
Iām as disappointed about this as anyone else but yeah, Iām not lumping this one in with the others. Heās been here 2 minutes.
Foot or back.
Lock it in.
āHe had managed a back complaint through the start of the season playing in the WAFLā
Welcome to Essendon son
And we still draft him lols
I really doubt an AFL club medical involves the scans needed to diagnose a stress fractureā¦
The club would have known that before doing the due dilligance in taking him and with our history with young key talls and back injuries you would hope the fitness regime put something in place to help that.
You dont draft a 20 year old key fwd who had played just 6 games for only 6 months. He is a longer term project.
yeah hopefully theyāve caught it fairly early and are just being ultra conservative with him with potentially ruling him out for the year.
