The problem with the “Starting Soon” button is it will be followed by 45 minutes of crapping on before the match actually starts.

I put my hand up as someone that meditates between 30-60 minutes a day. I can’t live without it anymore.

Meditation has the most comprehensive evidence in psychology and neuroscience, to improve focus and clarity in decision making.

Any elite person who isn’t meditating is already starting behind the rest.

Just got back taking our 2 year old lab into town on my longboard
She’s awesome on the gentle uphill stretches of the cycleway but always stops to sniff around Bradman Oval
She’s totally knackered and won’t bother me until after the final siren
Just get this goddam win Bombers
If we lose and the season is shut down it’ll be excruciating
